Mission:

Develop the Clare Graves Foundation as non-profit digital portal to Clare Graves Collection at Union College, and as a publishing entity for work based on the Collection. Explore Graves’ vision of a momentous leap in human consciousness.

The Clare Graves Foundation was founded in 2026, building on research conducted with the Clare Graves Collection at Union College.

Board of Directors:

Rica Viljoen, Ph.D., is co-author of the recent African Leadership book,  managing director of Dr. Rica Viljoen and Partners, and has served on faculty at the University of Johannesburg and The DaVinci Institute.

Benedikt Parstorfer is co-author of Clare W. Graves; His Life and Work, and is currently head of sales enablement at Dashlane.

Thomas Q. Johns is co-author of Spiral Dynamics in Action, electrical engineer and geopolitical consultant at MoonBase5, and currently working on digital technology projects.

Said Dawlabani is a human evolution theorist and a leading authority on the application of stage development to large scale change. He is a writer and public speaker specializing in the Gravesian approach to psychosocial development and the evolution of societal systems. His most recent work is Second Sapiens: The Rise of the Planetary Mind and The Future of Humanity.

Don Dulchinos is an author, undergraduate student of Clare Graves, archivist of Gravesian thought, and consultant in neurotechnology, telecommunications, and clean energy.
